So this post is about..."life on the farm".  It was about four in the afternoon when we decided that maybe we could start our burn pile.  See...in the country, where you can have burn piles, you have to call the local fire station to find out if you are allowed to burn.  We called.  Burning was allowed, but we only had one hour to get it done.  I yelled at the girls, "get the matches! We only have one hour to get that sucker burned!"  That was all I needed to say, and they were off!  Amazingly it started right away!  Yay!! We decided to do random jumping pictures off the horse fence.  We had a riot, but the timing was hard to shoot. I think the older you get the faster you fall.
We burned some dogs, had some somore's (sp?), and got smelling all like a campfire.
How I love livin' where we do!

Inside the foil are homegrown red potatoes, carrots, rosemary, butter, and salt.
Talk about heaven in foil!! Yum!

Our garden season, and growing season is coming to an end and that makes me sad.  Here are a few pics of random farmery.

So...until next time...when we talk about slugs, cherry pits, and jumping on shovels...oh...and don't forget...PINK TUTU'S!!!!
